About the course
A closer look at the course
Personal branding is not about publishing more content or growing follower counts. The core idea in this course is to build a clear, intentional image in your audience's mind, so people know what you stand for, which field you want to be associated with, and why your work matters to them.
The course begins with the foundations of personal branding: what a brand and branding actually mean, defining the outcome you want to reach, choosing the associations you want to build and the ones you want to avoid, positioning, crafting your brand story, and deciding which topics you will talk about. It then moves into content strategy: choosing the right content type among writing, video, audio and design, selecting platforms, setting a posting cadence, using storytelling, learning from audience feedback, repurposing content, and analysing performance to build a content system you can sustain and scale.
It does not stop at content production. The course turns to the operational side: identifying needs before hiring, building a content team, hiring for culture fit, onboarding, assigning responsibilities, developing and retaining the team, and creating a work culture that supports growth.
In the final stage, the course connects trust with monetization. You will explore services, digital and physical products, affiliate and sponsorship deals, communities and memberships, and ad revenue, along with building an offer stack, the principle of sharing knowledge and selling execution, and letting content support sales naturally, with a focus on a brand that lasts.
