Why We Created Amer

In some fields, this challenge is even greater because quality educational content in Arabic is limited.

We explain concepts in Arabic, keeping English terms alongside our explanations when they are the ones commonly used in the field. We clarify each term in context rather than relying solely on uncommon Arabic translations you may not encounter in tools, reference materials, or team discussions. Our aim is for you to understand the concepts and recognize the language used in your field, so you can communicate with colleagues and apply what you learn in the workplace.
We Share Our Sources
We believe learners should have the opportunity to explore the original resources behind what they're studying.
That's why we include references at the end of chapters that draw on external sources, allowing you to explore the subject in greater depth.
Chapters without external references are developed and authored entirely by our team.
We want you to understand what you're learning and know where that knowledge comes from.
Why Written Courses?
We chose to begin with written courses because they offer a flexible way to learn and make it easier to find and revisit information.
Think about the last time you needed to revisit a specific idea from a video course. You might remember the explanation but struggle to recall which video contained it, let alone the exact minute.
With written courses, you can return directly to a relevant chapter, reread an explanation, and focus on the specific concept you want to understand or review.
Reading also gives you the freedom to pause, reflect, and move through the material at a pace that works for you.
Starting with written content has also allowed us to develop and publish courses more efficiently while expanding the range of topics we cover.
As Amer grows, we're also working toward introducing video content alongside our written courses, giving learners more ways to engage with the subjects they're interested in.
