Purchases and access
After a manual payment, upload a clear receipt from checkout. Your course or learning path becomes available after the payment is reviewed and approved.
Subscriptions
An active subscription unlocks all published courses and learning paths. If a subscription is paused or expires, subscription-only content becomes locked while your learning progress is preserved.
Account and devices
You can use your account on up to three active devices. Review and sign out devices from your profile if you no longer recognise or use one.
Learning progress
Your last opened chapter and completion progress are saved automatically. Open My Learning to continue where you stopped.
